From trainee to trainer Amani has soaked up his fitness knowledge through direct experience in the field. The mind and body connection is Amani’s approach to training because he knows that reaching your fitness goals will not only make you stronger as an athlete, it will improve your quality of life.
Devyn Walters is a certified athletic therapist with years of experience working with high-level athletes. Devyn knows the ins and outs of helping athletes perform their best, whether on the field or in clinic. Devyn has an apitude for athletic training, using his own experiences in competitive sports and background of education to create effective training programs. Growing up as a skilled player in Ontario’s top soccer leagues, he truly gets what it takes to achieve your full physical potential.
Shamar brings with him a vast amount of knowledge and understanding of how the body moves. Shamar excels at pushing his clients to become the greater version of them self. Training with Shamar will not only change you physically but mentally so you can see beyond your limit
