These terms govern your use of the Ternion Fitness & Athletics website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Website content

Content on this site is provided for informational purposes. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we make no warranty as to completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Training is a physical activity. Anyone considering starting a training program should consult a qualified health professional first.

2. Service agreements

The scheduling and program details displayed on this site are subject to change. Any actual coaching or therapy relationship with Ternion Fitness & Athletics is governed by a separate service agreement signed at intake. That document, not this site, is the operative contract between us and the client.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, programming) is the property of Ternion Fitness & Athletics or used under license. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is not permitted. Partner logos shown on this site (Canada Soccer, Canada Basketball, OBA, DPCDSB, and others) are the property of their respective organizations.

4. Form submissions

By submitting a form on this site you confirm the information provided is accurate and you consent to Ternion Fitness & Athletics contacting you in response. See the Privacy Policy for details on how your submission is handled.

5. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites for context (governing bodies, social platforms, mapping providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

6. Limitation of liability

Ternion Fitness & Athletics is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
